0.1.9 - web only
- Feedback retry from web was getting CORS response that looks like form submission failure
  - I believe it's working fine under the covers so I disabled feedback retries
  - The feedback page will still wait for a response though
  - Hopefully this is not impacting the "native" builds since they are not hosted
